You’ve probably heard me mention before that I follow several video podcasts. I used to use the DoggCatcher app for Android but I recently switched to iPhone (official review coming soon) and I couldn’t find an app as cool. I settled on DownCast and one of the first feeds I added was TED Talks.
I’m still surprised by how many people have not heard of TED. I find that TED talks are a great way to get distilled knowledge from a wide variety of experts. The talks amaze me, teach me, and inspire me. The talk below is no exception. I found this talk both engaging and inspiring. Because of this talk, I’m now much more diligent in getting enough sleep and I’m already seeing the benefits; my mind is more clear, I’m happier, and I feel healthier.
